Kaleidoscope Villa Rental - Amenities

There are certain properties that are designed to be a part of their surroundings and combine the right mix of improvements, nature, and recreation – this is one of them.

All the essentials and conveniences so that you can travel light and still have everything that you need and desire for a totally enjoyable and comfortable vacation.

Entertainment:    SONOS sound system with 7 independent zones pf Great Room, Poolside deck, each of four bedrooms and Jacuzzi.  Music sources: Spotify, Sirius XM, Amazon, Dish Network, Mobile phone.  55 in tv in Great room.  43 or 32 inch TVs in bedrooms. Blue Ray player, Apple TV. 

Internet and Computer:  Computer in Great Room with key board, monitor, high speed internet, printer/scanner and Wi-Fi.   Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Telephone Calls:   Our Villa has a land line telephone that you can the States which is complimentary.

Laundry:   Our villa has two sets of washers and dryers for your use.  When doing the laundry, please remember - help conserve water by only running a complete load of wash (this goes for the dishwasher too)!

Supplies:   Hair dryers, Soaps, shampoos, napkins, foil, saran wrap, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, toilet tissue

Soft Goods: Linens and Bedding: high quality king size mattresses, pillows and bed linens. Towels, wash cloths and beach towels.

Security:   Each bedroom has a safe which will hold a typical Laptop computer. Neither Ditleff Point nor St. John have crime issues but for privacy, a security gate is installed on Ditleff Point and a second security gate at Kaleidoscope Villa. 

Snorkeling:  A good selection of masks, fins, snorkels, snorkel vests of all sizes, beach towels, beach chairs.

Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fans:    A/C in the Great Room (the ultimate luxury) and all four bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms including bathrooms.

Water Purification: Water purification and filtration system with a sediment filter, a charcoal filter and a ultra violet light replaced on a regular schedule.

Kitchen and cooking:  48-inch duel fuel 6 burner professional range with grill and dual convection ovens, Advantium microwave, Weber outdoor gas grill, built-in refrigerator with ice machine, extra refrigerator in pantry, pool side refrigerator, ice machine in wet bar, wine cooler, dishwasher.

Cell Phones:  AT&T and Verizon work well.  Best to check your roaming plan, however. Your cell phone may inadvertently switch to a BVI network when in reach of the British Virgin Islands which is very expensive. If that should happen, your cell phone company should remove the charges once you explain you were never in the BVI's.

Generator:  We have a 45 KW diesel generator which will automatically start in the event of a power loss.  You may run AC but please minimize use of AC in this event.
